About the Physics A class......

Physics A is a course for students that have never had a physics course. The course is designed to provide background and problem solving skills (i.e. a foundation) for those planning to take the Physics 2A/B or Physics 4A/B/C sequence. The topical content of this course is, typically: physical measurements, kinematics, Newton's laws, energy, momentum, fluids, electricity, and optics Mathematical concepts relevant to course material will also be covered.
